Being a SAHM (took me awhile to decode that acronym), I desperately needed some ME time! How do I get it you ask??? OB appointments! While I hate going to the doc and hate waiting, the peace of mind afterwards is much needed and deserved! Oh the children, where are they?? At home with the temporary SAHD! Luckily for me my SO, works from home and its particularly easy for me to do so, for those who SO has to report off-site from home, I would recommend hiring a sister, a family member, a friend etc, to help give you a much needed peace of mind!
